Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment to You

As a pastor, my goal isn't to make money - it's to help believers experience the prayer relationship God intended. I believe in these Biblical principles because I've seen them work in my life, my family, and my congregation.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You have purchased Heaven's Code through our authorized ClickBank checkout
• You feel the product has not provided value in transforming your prayer life
• You are not satisfied for any reason whatsoever

Our guarantee period is 60 days from your purchase date.

3. What We Ask

While we offer no-questions-asked refunds, we do appreciate (but don't require) feedback about:

• What didn't work for you
• How we might improve the materials
• Any technical issues you experienced

This helps us serve other believers better, but providing feedback is entirely optional.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Include your order information (order number, email used for purchase, or ClickBank receipt)
3. We'll process your refund immediately - typically within 24-48 hours

5. ClickBank Processing

All refunds are processed through ClickBank, our authorized retailer. You may also request a refund directly through ClickBank:

• Have your order number or receipt information ready

6. Refund Timeline

• Request Processing: 24-48 hours
• Refund to Credit Card: 3-5 business days after processing
• Refund to Bank Account: 5-7 business days after processing

Timing may vary based on your financial institution.

7. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. Our guarantee is all-or-nothing because we believe completely in the value of the complete Heaven's Code system.

8. Multiple Purchases

If you have purchased multiple products (such as the main course and upsells), you may request refunds for individual products or the entire order.

9. After Refund

After receiving a refund, we ask that you delete all Heaven's Code materials from your devices out of respect for intellectual property rights. However, any spiritual insights or prayer improvements you've experienced are yours to keep forever.

10. Our Heart Behind This Policy

This generous refund policy reflects our heart as pastors and our confidence in God's Word. We believe that when people experience genuine Biblical prayer, the transformation speaks for itself. We'd rather err on the side of generosity than create barriers to spiritual growth.
